1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using Compni, you agree to these terms. Compni is a product operated by Digisoftas. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Compni provides tools for businesses to automate sales conversations, manage inventory, track orders, process payments, and manage customer relationships across connected channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Compni to:
- Send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content to customers.
- Violate the terms of service of connected platforms, such as WhatsApp or Meta.
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
5. Billing and plans
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard, effective at the next billing cycle. There is no penalty for cancelling.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of your business data, including product information and customer records. You grant us permission to process this data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
7. Service availability
We work to keep Compni available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally perform maintenance that affects availability, and we'll try to give notice when possible.
8. Limitation of liability
Compni is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Digisoftas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Compni and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Compni after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
